End-of-Life Care

Hospice Endowment Fund
Hospice is a form of health care that provides emotional support and care for people in the final phase of a terminal illness, allowing them to live as fully and comfortably as possible. An endowment is a fund set aside for the long-term support of a charitable organization. The donations are prudently invested and only the income, or a portion of the income, is expended. Your gift will be added to the Hospice Endowment, and the income generated will be used to allow hospice care to be ongoing. You can make an outright gift of cash, securities, or real estate. You can also include a bequest in your will, or establish a gift annuity or charitable remainder trust from which you can receive a life income.
